Every Auréa piece begins with something personal — a name, a word, or a meaning that belongs only to you.
Step One
Once your order is received, our team begins by designing your chosen name or custom word on our workstation. Using precision design software and our 3D rendering system, we carefully prepare your piece exactly as it will appear in metal — ensuring perfect balance, spacing, and flow before production begins.
Step Two
Your finalised design is sent to our fiber laser cutting machine, where it is precisely cut from high-quality sterling silver. This stage ensures exceptional accuracy, allowing even the most delicate curves, letters, and custom details to be reproduced exactly as designed.
Step Three
Once cut, your pendant is carefully removed and taken to our crafting station, where it is expertly soldered and assembled with the chain of your choice. This step brings your design to life as a complete necklace, combining structure, durability, and elegance.
Step Four
Your piece then undergoes a detailed three-stage polishing process. Each stage is designed to refine the surface further, gradually enhancing smoothness, clarity, and shine — resulting in a luxurious, mirror-like finish.
Step Five
To ensure absolute perfection, your jewellery is deep cleaned using ultrasonic technology, which removes microscopic particles using high-frequency sound waves. It is then finished with a steam cleaning process to eliminate any remaining impurities, leaving the surface pure and flawless.
Step Six
Depending on your chosen finish, your piece is carefully plated in either gold, rose gold, or sterling silver. This process enhances both the appearance and durability of your jewellery, giving it a rich, radiant, and long-lasting shine.
Step Seven
Before leaving our workshop, every piece is individually inspected by hand to ensure it meets our highest standards. Your jewellery is then carefully packaged in our premium Auréa packaging, designed to reflect the luxury and sentiment behind your piece.
