All Aurea items are custom-made based on the details you provide at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• All personalisation details (including spelling, language, and design choices) are correct
• You have reviewed the product preview provided

As each piece is made specifically for you, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Product Preview

We provide a live 3D preview to help visualise your design before purchase. This preview is intended as a guide only. While we aim to ensure it is as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur in the final product due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.

4. Production & Processing

• All items are made to order
• Production typically begins immediately after purchase
• Most orders are prepared within 48 hours

During busy periods, processing times may vary slightly. We will always aim to complete your order as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer UK delivery using Royal Mail tracked services.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors
• Once your order has been dispatched, Aurea is not responsible for delays caused by the courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalisation submitted by the customer
• Personal preference

If your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Contains a manufacturing defect
• Does not match the specifications of your order

You are eligible for:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund

To request this, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

7. Order Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of purchase. Aurea is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

8. Product Care

All Aurea jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with gold or rose gold plating.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewellery:

• Follow the care instructions provided
• Use the included cleaning cloth
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or moisture where possible

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, branding, and text, is the property of Aurea and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Aurea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect pricing or system errors
• Unavailable materials or production limitations

We also reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that include wording, names, or phrases deemed inappropriate, offensive, or culturally or religiously sensitive, including the use of sacred or revered names.

If an order is cancelled under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
